Discover Performance Edge
The key to performance edge is consistency in how you show up and perform every day. It’s about eliminating the cycle of periods of strong performance and high productivity followed by periods of recovery and inactivity.
Performance edge comes with a much deeper understanding of yourself and the conditions that support you in showing up at your best.
As you become more connected to yourself, more attuned to your own vitality, you open the doorway to accessing the full power of your body and mind, and to realising your true potential.
Three Step Process
Step 1
Regulate your internal state, and operate from your authentic self
We’ll explore the practices and conditions that influence your internal state, from movement, nutrition and sleep to breath, meditation and connection. We’ll also look closely at the nature of your work, the demands of your role and how you are currently working, identifying where changes in the way you structure your time, energy and attention could better support your wellbeing and effectiveness.
By learning to regulate your internal state and consciously shape the conditions in which you operate, you create greater capacity to think clearly, make conscious choices and operate from your authentic self.
Step 2
Clarify what matters and consciously choose your direction
We’ll explore what genuinely matters to you and distinguish your own aspirations from the expectations and definitions of success shaped by others.
Through deeper self-awareness and inquiry, you’ll clarify what you want to create in this next chapter and consciously determine where your energy, attention and ambition are best directed.
This may mean changing direction, continuing on your existing path with a renewed sense of alignment and purpose, or recalibrating somewhere in between.
Step 3
Open yourself to new possibilities and consciously create what comes next
We’ll explore how to move beyond the assumptions and limitations that have shaped your current perspective and become more open to what is possible.
From this expanded perspective, you’ll develop a clearer vision of what could emerge and identify the choices, actions and opportunities that can bring it into being.
